Thanks so much for the two drabbles. Though I don't know the actual way of prononcing the French poem I love how beautiful it sounds to me anyway :)

I have such a French language kink their is nothing sexier than listeneing to French people say anything.

Oh I was once over excited, hubby and I had sat down next to 4 guys young semi attractive and they were all speaking French I was trying not to drool all over myself and the table. LOL!

My eyes were glazed and I told him maybe we shouldn't ever go to France I'd be smiling at all of them with a glazed look in my eyes *chuckles*

I'm glad you enjoyed the two versions. Actually the French one was hard to put together, but in doing it, I got ideas for the others.

I just love French songs and the sound of the spoken language. I think it was Charles V who said that French was the language of love - and the troubadours.

When you go to France, you might want to wear dark glasses. *g*

No, I wrote one where they go to the Eiffel tower and Draco does know French, but does not speak it to Harry.

However, I might write a fic where I use this haiku :)
