This song isn't guaranteed to make me fall asleep. It did once, though. I was tired but kept tossing and turning. Finally i donned the earphones and when this song, David Lanz playing Pachelbel's Canon in D, came up, I fell asleep.
The sound of the piano is very soothing.

It sounds weird ,I know!(though I think my journal name says enough!:)

Date: 2012-09-10 11:38 pm (UTC)I could listen to 10 versions of the Canon in D and would love it, although... probably not. I'd get bored and put my suede shoes on :DDDD

I do like the beautiful autumn colors on a bright day,but it's the gloomy, cloudy, gray days, that make me feel trapped,if you look up you see only gray skyes, like you're caught inside a buble or covered under a shield(if that even makes sense!), completely cut of from what might be 'out there'!
Honnesly,it gives me the creeps!!!
Snow is a beautiful sight especially in the early morning when people haven't,walked on it yet,but winter in Holland does not always mean snow(hardly ever!)Mostly we have 11 months of rainy ,stormy ,autumn weather!:(((
'Blue'? suede shoes;DDD

Date: 2012-09-11 12:51 pm (UTC)I can understand that feeling. I do like clouds, just as long as they don't rain down on me, but when it goes on and on without a break it gets very wearisome :(
11 months of rainy weather is too much! So basically it's like Forks on the Rhine :) If there were sexy vamps and werewolves around, that might make up for it!!
That Elvis song is nice! :DDD Now I can't help thinking of Jacob wearing blue suede shoes!! :DDDD

Date: 2012-09-11 01:29 pm (UTC)When people or animals act weirder, wilder or crazier than normal, here we always say 'must be the falling of the leaves'(that seems to have that effect!:)))
I understand, that's how it mostly works, I think!
You see the beauty of the pristine ,white snow and can only imagine how it would be to hear that snow crack under your(suede;) shoes, and smell the scent of frozen water in the air!
Just like I have with sun heated asphalt or sand and smelling coconuts and pinaple's and motor oil!
Elvis was great in his earlier days and gorgeous!
Only blue suede shoes???That would be kind of funny ,I think!:DDD

Date: 2012-09-11 02:00 pm (UTC)I think so, too. I tend to dismiss what happens everyday and take it for granted. The scorching sun and nice sunsets, and yearn for what I only glimpsed briefly. But there's something magical about the grey sky and the snowy ground, and the trees shrouded in white. If I lived there all year long I'd think differently and miss the sun!
He was, those smirking lips!
Jake's practicing his moves, wearing only shoes and boxers. Because of the vigorous exercise, the sweat soaks the thin fabric and it clings to his thighs as he shimmies his hips. At that moment the door opens and Edward enters.... :DDDD
