Storyline:  Two years after the Final Battle, the Ministry decides to gather Pensieve memories of the participants in order to preserve the testimony for posterity. Harry is forced to examine the feelings he felt for his blond rival that prompted his saving Draco from the Fiendfyre. In the gala where the memories are unveiled, Harry makes his move on Draco. A few months later, Ron joins the Seekers for a drink and a stroll on the rebuilt castle, full of memories of anguish and pain but also friendship and love.

Storyline: The night when the Quidditch Cup final takes place, Draco is very nervous. He remembers past Quidditch games with the Gryffindor Seeker. It doesn’t help that Harry is his rival tonight, too. Ginny cheers him up. Draco recalls the times when he trained with polyjuiced!Harry.

In the rival tent, Hermione shows up to cheer Harry. The two best friends dance and reminisce about the time Ron made a foolish bet with Cormac McLaggen. Whoever was the best Keeper got to date Hermione. The Gryffindor witch watched apprehensively from the stands. After the game, Hermione socked Ron good.

Harry and Draco perform their lucky ritual before the big game, and then play.

During Snape’s Sex Ed class, the teacher tells Harry to follow his dreams. Draco sends Harry a naughty origami letter, but he ruins the moment when he snickers.

Draco fights with Harry in the train and regrets that. In front of the mirror he has a vision - Harry with another man. This makes him reconsider the way he has treated Harry.
 

After the Final Battle, Harry becomes the Seeker for England. His friends - including a polyjuiced Seamus - cheer Harry when he faces Krum in the World Cup Final, but he falls from his broom due to sabotage. In the hospital, he sees Draco on TV. Later Harry and polyjuiced!Draco star on a play.

Storyline: Draco remembers when he chased the Snitch with the other Seeker, before Harry left him for Ginny. However, Rita Skeeter publishes a book telling all about the Seekers and Ginny leaves Harry. Aunt Petunia and Dudley give Harry sage advice just before they move out.

 

Draco becomes a famous sportsman and strikes a deep friendship with Fred, George and Ron. When two stray Death Eaters enter the Hogwarts Express, Neville defends Ginny, his new girlfriend. Whilst Ron teaches Hermione how to skip stones, Harry looks longingly at his best friends, wishing he had that kind of love.

 

Harry sees himself and Draco playing Quidditch on a sliver of a mirror he’s holding, and he resolves to win back Draco - to hold his heart once again.

When Bellatrix threatens to kill Hermione, Draco is forced to choose sides.  Later Voldemort curses him in retaliation.

After the Final Battle, Harry presides over the reopening of Hogwarts. Before they face each other in the Quidditch finals, Draco and Harry have some time alone.
